TPE; 65 +/-5 Shore A; density = 0.9 g/cm³; translucent; compliant: FDA 21 CFR §177.1520, specific and global migration according to EU 10/2011, global migration according to EG 1935/2004; very good chemical resistance to aqueous media, acids, bases and many organic solvents; Temperature range -40 °C to +100 °C, briefly +120 °C in hot air. Fatigue resistance: approx. 30 million flexions (depending on dimension and device), 1200 hours of service life tested with hose 4.8×1.6 mm (OD=8.0) in a hose pump with 3 rollers at 150 rpm.
Particularly suitable for peristaltic hose pumps and precise dosing / hose pumps in the laboratory and in pharmacy, medicine, chemistry, biology, filling technology, in the cosmetics, food and beverage industry, in machine and device construction.
