The EL-WiFi-T sensor measures the temperature of the environment in which it is situated. Data is transmitted wirelessly via a WiFi network to a PC and viewed via the graphing tool or can be exported to Excel.
During configuration, the sensor will search for an existing wireless network whilst physically connected to the PC. It can then be placed anywhere within range of the network. If the sensor temporarily loses connectivity with the network, it will log readings until it is able to communicate again with the PC application (max 120 days at 10 second sample interval). The range of the sensor can be increased by using WiFi extenders.
Once the datalogger has been configurated with a PC or Android Smartphone for the Cloud, it can be managed and monitored over the internet from any location in the world. You can communicate with your sensor on any smartphone, tablet or PC. There is also a Apple App for monitoring devices already on the cloud. Monitor conditions, change sensor settings and receive email alerts instantly. There are three account types to choose from:
- Free with 45 days storage, 100 email alerts/month, 2 devices max.
- Personal: Unlimited data storage, unlimited email alerts, multiformat data export, report printing
- Professional: Unlimited data storage, unlimeted email alerts, multiformat data export, report printing, multiple locations, multipl users, administration panel, device audit trail
There are other dataloggers versions available.
- EL-Wifi-T+: it is a low powered battery device with better accuracy, ±0.1°C between -10 and +60°C, ±0.15 °C between -20 and +60°C
- EL-Wifi-TP: with external probe, measurement range -40 to +125°C, temperature accuracy ±0.6 (-10 to +70°C)
- EL-Wifi-TP+: with external probe, measurement range -40 to +125°C, temperature accuracy ±0.1°C (-10 to +70°C)
- EL-Wifi-TC: with external probe (thermocouple), measurement range -80 to +400 °C (other ranges with other probes), temperature accuracy ±1.5°C
Each type of datalogger exist in a 21Part11 version. 21CFR Cloud subscription delivers all of the flexibility of remote monitoring and can be installed as part of a 21CFR compliant system. Features include permission-based use, authority level sign-off and full system audit to ensure data monitored and collected is regulated to 21CFR Part 11 standard.
