detects pH in multidishes non-invasively.
The multidishes contain a sensor spot at the bottom of each well. They are read out non-invasively through the transparent bottom. It is available in the 24-well and 6-well format. It can be used in incubators and on shakers and is thus the ideal tool for cell cultivation.
Up to 10 units can be controlled by the user-friendly software. pH kinetics are visualized in real-time during the entire cultivation.
Using chemical optical sensors, culture parameters can be monitored noninvasively. The sensor spots are mounted inside the plates and measurements are taken through the transparent bottom. Therefore, optical sensors are minimizing the number of parts that need to be discarded.
