Description
This cell disruptor is a versatile, multifunctional instrument that utilizes the ultrasonic cavitation effect in liquids. It is capable of disintegrating various cells, bacteria, and viruses, as well as plant and animal tissues. It can also be used for emulsification, separation, homogenization, extraction, degassing (foam removal), cleaning, the preparation and dispersion of nanomaterials, and the acceleration of chemical reactions. This model comes equipped with a 6 mm probe (amplitude transducer)—the default configuration—and has a processing capacity ranging from 100 µl to 50 ml; a 2 mm probe is available as an option. It features a power output of 650 W (adjustable from 1% to 100%). A standard cooling adapter for 50 ml vessels is included.
