The Minnow logger is a portable, battery operated, temperature and humidity data logger able to store 65 520 samples of temperature along with a time stamp.

- Accuracy: +/-0.3 °C (5 to 60 °C) else +/-1.0 °C
- Run Modes: start on button press, start at scheduled time, start on disconnect, real time logging (displays real time data when connected)
