Description
General description:
- 3-digit speed adjustment for 1000-point resolution
- significantly longer hose life than other pumps on the market (no need for clamps) and virtually no pulsation
- external power supply for enhanced safety
- very economical, thanks to the use of low-cost tubing with no ‘stop’ or clamps.
- Unlike most pumps on the market, which use small-diameter cylinders, this pump is equipped with large-diameter impellers, which significantly reduce pulsation.
- The asymmetrical shape of the head has been designed to further reduce pulsation.
- The impellers are mounted on glass ball bearings, which significantly reduce friction on the pipes.
- The pressure of each roller on the pipe is kept constant by a spring. This prevents the hose from deforming too much as the roller passes over it, and significantly improves its service life. The maximum pressure in the hose is around 1 bar, to avoid over-stressing the hose in the event of a blockage.
- A microcontroller-controlled, high-precision stepper motor ensures excellent flow consistency and reproducibility.
- There is virtually no inertia when the pump is switched on or off.
- The pump head is made of epoxy resin for high mechanical rigidity and corrosion resistance.
This pump is easy to use. - Economical: low energy consumption.
