Description
The luminometer measures the light emitted by each well of the microplate. It does not require a light source as in the case of fluorescence.
Its streamlined design with small footprint offers superb optics to fit any size lab bench. The PC software provide full access for curve fitting, reporting, data storage.
It is an open system that permits users to program a wiede variety of glow type CLIAs ( Chemi Luminescent Immuno Assays).
Simply select an assay from the stored menu and load the plate. The luminometer automatically reads the plate, measuring precisely the light output from each well. It has on-board calculations for point to point, linear, log and logit regession modes. A built reference assires continuous calibration.
