Zyppertex
is the most efficient and convenient solid/liquid extraction device. It combines both extraction and filtration steps, offering limpid highly concentrated extracts, ready for chemical and biological investigations.
The combination between static pressure and heating, favor the access of the solvent into the heart of the solid matter, and increase the solubilization of the target compounds. Zippertex offers the maximum qualitative and quantitative recovery, with minimum operations and handling, and minimum solvent and time.
You save 5 to 10 time solvent compared to classical extraction techniques.
The process is very quick, 1 hour per cycle, 45 min. for extraction, 15 min. for emptying and cleaning.

- High pressure high temperature static extraction HPHT-SE
- High pressure high temperature continuous extraction HPHT-CE
operating temperature: -10 °C to 100 °C
operating pressure: 1 to 120 bars or higher
Capacity: 1 to 10 L (0.3 to 5 kg solid matter)
