This small and handy test device is ideal for determining ripeness (harvest time) and for quality control during storage of fruit and berries. The penetrometer value is the recognized unit of measurement for determining the firmness of the pulp. It is supplied with 2 tips: 11 mm and 8 mm (1 cm² surface and ½ cm² surface).
