Description
The CO2 Guard 10 reliably indicates the CO2 concentration as a measure of indoor air quality. The current CO2 content displayed by the LEDs helps to decide on air exchange measures, for example opening windows.
Measurement ranges for the CO2 detector
Led | Range [ppm] | Ambient air quality |
red | over 3000 | very bad |
red | 2000 to 3000 | bad |
orange | 1400 to 2000 | acceptable |
orange | 1000 to 1400 | middle |
green | 800 to 1000 | good |
green | Under 800 | very good |
Large CO2 monitoring area
The six zones for the CO2 value cover all common indoor situations. From low CO2 concentrations, as are typical for residential purposes and in the commercial area according to EN 13779, to high concentrations in rooms with a high density of people, such as in school classrooms.
Long battery life
A set of four standard alkaline batteries is sufficient for approximately six months at room temperature. The quick-closing housing concept allows easy replacement without tools.
