Description
Oxygen (OxoPlate) and pH (HydroPlate) sensors are incorporated at the bottom of the wells of 96-well microplates. They are read out with conventional fluorescence microplate readers from the bottom side. Only a few wells per batch are used for calibration. The SensorPlates are available in the round or flat bottom format.
The OP96U is a round bottom 96-well multiplate with an oxygen sensor integrated on the bottom of each well. The plate is made of polystyrene. The sensors can be read out in parallel from the bottom side using a commercially available fluorescence reader.
The OxoPlate OP96C is a beta-irradiated 96-well flat bottom microplate made of polystyrene. An oxygen sensor is integrated on the bottom of each well. The sensors can be read out in parallel from the bottom side using a commercially available fluorescence reader.

The HydroPlate HP96U is a beta-irradiated polystyrene 96-well round bottom microplate. A pH sensor is immobilized on the bottom of each well. The sensors are read out from the bottom side using a commercially available fluorescence reader and the approx. wavelengths 485/540 nm and 485/620 nm.
