LabVision® is a modular visualization and automation software system for automation devices from HiTec Zang and third-party suppliers. The process is monitored, controlled and regulated, and all operations are logged and archived.
LabVision® is a powerful research process control system (FPLS) software. It is particularly suitable for visualizing and automating flow and batch processes in laboratories, pilot plants, mini plants and production in chemical, pharmaceutical, bio and food technology. Due to its flexibility, it is also used in other areas such as landfill, solar and environmental technology.
The process plant is displayed on the screen as a dynamic flow chart for observation and operation. The online evaluation provides you with important information about your process during runtime. This is made possible by the project module library, which contains predefined project modules for all important basic functions such as tempering, dosing, pH value or vacuum control, distillation, etc.
The program meets the requirements of the NAMUR working group – AK 2.4 for research process control systems (FPLS) and is therefore equipped for frequently changing or modified tasks.
The LabVision® basic module is the minimum software configuration of the LabVision® program system. It is sufficient for systems with a small quantity structure and a low degree of automation. It can be upgraded with the extension modules in full or light versions. The number of data points can also be increased.
A LabVision® license includes free update authorization for three months. Minor changes (bug fixes) within a major version can also be downloaded from our web server free of charge after this period.

The sensors and actuators are connected to a box, the Labmanager, which is equipped with analog and digital inputs and outputs (temperature, 4-20 mA, etc.). It also has serial interfaces. Other devices can be connected directly to the PC via LAN. The Labvision software can be easily configured to communicate with these devices.
