They are read out non-invasively through the transparent bottom. It is available in the 24-well and 6-well format. It can be used in incubators and on shakers and is thus the ideal tool for cell cultivation.<\/p>\n<p>Up to 10 units can be controlled by the user-friendly software. pH kinetics are visualized in real-time during the entire cultivation.<\/p>\n<p>Using chemical optical sensors, culture parameters can be monitored noninvasively. The sensor spots are mounted inside the plates and measurements are taken through the transparent bottom.
