spray dryer ADL312SC-A"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This mini spray dryer is designed for easy selection and adjustment of all functions, allowing for rapid achievement of optimal spray drying conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Direct drying of the sample, from solvent and suspension to a micronized powder, significantly reduces the pretreatment and posttreatment operations traditionally associated with powder production, such as filtration, separation, and spraying, and eliminates contamination during these processes.<\/p>\n<h2>Advantages<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Instantaneous heating of the microparticle sample ensures that even heat-stable samples are not oxidized and that a uniform fine powder is obtained.<\/li>\n<li>The sprayed micro-powders are low in moisture, non-oxidizing and non-contaminating.<\/li>\n<li>The product is dried directly from the solution or suspension sample into a fine powder without the pre-treatment and post-treatment operations of filtration, separation, and grinding associated with conventional drying methods, and eliminates the contamination problems caused by these operations.<\/li>\n<li>It can be connected to the GAS411C organic solvent recovery unit to handle organic solvents.<\/li>\n<li>The drying chamber, cyclone, etc. are of quick assembly construction, further enhancing operability.<\/li>\n<li>A lifting platform is provided as standard for attaching and detaching accessories.<\/li>\n<li>The machine is equipped with an outlet for stirrer power (2A) to facilitate stirring of suspensions while feeding samples.<\/li>\n<li>The unique peristaltic feed pump, nozzle cooling mechanism, pulsed nozzle cleaning mechanism, and anti-clogging stabbing needle provide a wide variety of spray conditions and
