It is available in three versions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Measurement of pH, total acidity, and volatile acidity in distillate<\/li>\n<li>Measurement of free and total SO2<\/li>\n<li>Measurement of pH, total acidity, volatile acidity in distillate, and free and total SO2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It can be combined with a sample changer (maximum 14 samples).<\/p>\n<h2>Iodometric SO2 measurement<\/h2>\n<p>Using a double platinum electrode that detects the appearance of an electric current in the sample, the instrument performs the titration and automatically stops when the iodide\/iodate oxidizing solution is in excess. The instrument calculates the result according to the selected program (free or total SO2) and displays it directly on the screen in a few seconds.<\/p>\n<h2>Acidity and pH measurement<\/h2>\n<p>This instrument is designed to determine pH and to quantify total acidity directly, as well as volatile acidity after extraction.
