The device delivers a new level of measurement accuracy, stability, and usability, setting a higher standard for UCI hardness testing in both laboratory and field applications.<\/p>\n<p>The new technology and probe design significantly minimize operator influence and ensure highly repeatable results, even when testing complex-shaped components, thin parts, and surface-hardened layers.<\/p>\n<p>This Hardness Tester is a fully standalone hardness tester with a built-in high-contrast display and intuitive controls. All essential measurement functions \u2014 including hardness scales and material selection \u2014 are available directly on the instrument, while connection to a smartphone enables advanced features such as calibration, extended settings, data analysis, reporting, and storage.<\/p>\n<p>It allows hardness testing on almost any objects \u2014 from large components to very small parts weighing just a few grams, and thin plates about 1 mm thick. It can also measure coatings and surface-hardened layers where traditional methods cannot be applied.
