The control of gas supply is determined by the relative humidity inside the glove box, the relative humidity is monitored by a sensor which has to be led into the glove box by using a cable lead-in. When the required residual humidity is reached, the gas supply will be stopped. In case of a deviation larger than 1 % from the adjusted value, the pass opens and gas is led into the glove box again.<\/p>\n<p>The set consists of a gas dosing controller, a sensor cable, a tubing for connecting the flow meter with the measuring instrument and a power cable.
