This analyzer can measure glucose, lactate and glutamic acid.<\/span> It is an ideal device for the analysis of fermentation media.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    It uses a specific enzymatic electrode.<\/span> The sample is automatically injected into the analyzer.<\/span> Usually the sample is centrifuged and the supernatant can be injected directly.<\/span> Possibly a dilution is necessary.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
