It combines both extraction and filtration steps, offering limpid highly concentrated extracts, ready for chemical and biological investigations.<\/p>\n<p>The combination between static pressure and heating, favor the access of the solvent into the heart of the solid matter, and increase the solubilization of the target compounds.
