The thin walls of each 0.1ml PCR tube efficiently transfer heat to the reaction mixture. Due to the excellent heat transfer, 0.1ml CAPP PCR tubes certainly have the lowest condensation rates. The caps of the 0.1ml PCR tubes also provide a tight seal that maintains evaporation rates well below 5% (Expell) and 3% (ExpellPlus). 0.1ml PCR tubes can be safely autoclaved without melting.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">The Expell 0.1 ml PCR tubes are compatible with the CAPP multifunctional decapping tool. This portable accessory makes small tasks like capping, decapping and film scraping much easier when used with Expell 0.1ml PCR tubes. A clear polystyrene design makes it easy for operators to see what they are doing and helps improve efficiency.
