Peristaltic pumps<\/a> generally use silicone hoses for their flexibility. The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) tubing is ideal for normal laboratory operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you need also at the edge of pressure and temperature range “absolutely gas-tight” hose, you should use PFA (Perflouralkoxy) or FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene). PFA has only at temperatures above +205 \u00b0 C benefits, but is more expensive than the FEP tubing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
