Detection of antibiotics is compulsory and their concentration must comply with the maximum residue limits (MRLs) set by the European Union (Commission Regulation (EU) No 37\/2010).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Different tests are offered to determine their concentration in foods such as milk, meat, eggs.
