Description
The HX5.EX series balances can be used for weighing in hazardous areas 1/21 and 2/22.
Two sequential intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces and 1 RS 485 interface. The interfaces allow cooperation with accessories designed for work in potentially explosive areas.
There is the possibility of taking advantage of the additional module IM01.EX installed outside the explosive zone. The IM01.EX module increases the number of accessible interfaces: Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0-10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs.
The PM01.EX power supply for the balance can be placed in an explosive area
