Vacuum filtration system N1650
Made only of fluoroplastics (PTFE/PFA) - without any sealing materials. These vacuum filters are resistant to virtually all chemicals and do not release any trace elements into the filtrate. The filtering membrane is easily interchangeable after disassembly of the sample funnel. A multi-stage hose connector with sleeve nut used as a vacuum connector is adapted to the most common vacuum tubings. The PFA lid on top of the sample funnel prevents contamination of the samples. The non-adhesive surfaces of the fluoroplastics (PTFE/PFA) allows easy cleaning of these vacuum filters. Thus, they have a long working life.

Vacuum Adaptor with Ground Joint, PTFE
For vacuum filtration, the O-ring at the pass-through provides good sealing to the filter funnel. A slight vacuum is sufficient.
Temperature resistance: from -15°C to +200°C
Chemical resistance: very good
Can be autoclaved at 121°
Vacuum: suitable

Filter adapter for syringe
Made only of fluoroplastic - without any sealing materials. These filter adaptors for syringes are resistant to virtually all chemicals and do not release any trace elements into the filtrate. The filtering membrane is easily interchangeable after disassembly of the filter adaptor. All these filter adaptors have a very low dead-volume and they can easily be cleaned due to their extremely smooth PTFE surface. Further advantages are: suitable for sterilization and metal-free. These filter adaptors provided with Luer Lock connectors on both sides can be screwed together into multi-stage filters (prefilter, main filter). The non-adhesive surface of the fluoroplastic (PTFE) allows easy cleaning of these filter adaptors. Thus, they have a long working life.

Filtration system
Made only of fluoroplastic - without any sealing materials exposed to the medium. These flow filters are suitable for vacuum and pressure above atmospheric, resistant to virtually all chemicals and do not release any trace elements into the filtrate. Made of PTFE, these flow filters withstand temperatures up to max. 160°C. The filtering membrane is easily interchangeable after disassembly of the flow filter. Further advantages are: suitable for sterilization and metal-free. Assembly is done by a laboratory screw joint system which is based on two-part V-rings. This system assures an absolutely tight connection with fluoroplastic tubing or with plastic, glass or metal tubes under vacuum or overpressure. Due to a variety of connecting possibilities these flow filters can be used as a large area in-line apparatus, for installation into lines and in combination with a pump as an added filter for the liquid supply. The non-adhesive surface of the fluoroplastic (PTFE) allows easy cleaning of these flow filters. Thus, they have a long working life.

Samplicity(TM) Filtration System
- convenient, high throughput alternative to syringe-tip filters when preparing samples for chromatography
- vacuum-driven system to filter 1 to 8 samples directly into standard HPLC vials
- Just attach a vacuum pump, load samples with a standard pipettor, and flip the lever to recover particulate-free sampleseven those with high viscosity or particulatesin seconds. In addition, the system has a low hold-up volume, which allows processing of samples as small as 300 µL
- available in 2 different colors
- filters material: hydrophilic PTFE
