Die Messspitze des Sensors wird beheizt, das vorbeiflie\u00dfende Medium k\u00fchlt sie wieder ab. Der integrierte Temperaturf\u00fchler erfasst die von der Flie\u00dfgeschwindigkeit des Mediums beeinflusste Temperatur der Messspitze.
