Sie haben einen geh\u00e4kelten Innen- und Au\u00dfenmantel aus Glasseide und dienen der Beheizung von Fl\u00fcssigkeiten in Rundkolben aus Glas. Der Heizleiter ist aus einer NiCr Legierung 8020. Er wird von einem Glasseidenschlauch umh\u00fcllt und mit einem Garn aus Glasseide im Innenmantel der Heizhaube eingeh\u00e4kelt. So wird die W\u00e4rme gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig an den Glaskolben weitergeleitet. Der Glasseidenschlauch und der Glasgarn dienen auch als Isolation. Damit keine- oder nur wenig Hitze an den Au\u00dfenmantel gelangen kann, wird die Heizhaube im Inneren mit einer Glaswolle isoliert.<\/p>\n

Die Heizhauben werden in Gr\u00f6\u00dfen von 25 mL bis 20 L gebaut.Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfen von 25 mL bis 250 mL<\/p>\n

haben einen geschlossenen Au\u00dfenmantel. Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfen ab 500 mL haben ein Bodenloch mit einem Durchmesser von 60 mm.<\/p>\n

Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfen von 25 mL bis 100 mL sind mit einer Heizzone und einem ein\/aus Schalter vorgesehen. Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfen ab 250 ML haben 2 Heizzonen und einen Heizzonenschalter.<\/p>\n

Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfen 25 mL bis 100 mL werden serienm\u00e4\u00dfig mit 4 Splinte und die Gr\u00f6\u00dfen ab 250 mL mit 4 Befestigungshaken geliefert,damit die Heizhauben auf einem Stativ befestigt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Die Nennspannung ist 230 V.<\/p>\n

Bodenloch: 60 mm (ab 500 mL Volum)<\/p>\n

Die Heizleitertemperatur darf maximal 450 Grad C erreichen.<\/p>\n

Die Heizhauben haben Schutzklasse I,Schutzart IP00.<\/p>\n
