Dieser Zellaufschlussapparat ist ein vielseitiges, multifunktionales Ger\u00e4t, das den Kavitationseffekt von Ultraschall in Fl\u00fcssigkeiten nutzt. Er erm\u00f6glicht den Aufschluss verschiedenster Zellen, Bakterien und Viren sowie von pflanzlichem und tierischem Gewebe. Zudem l\u00e4sst er sich f\u00fcr Emulgierung, Trennung, Homogenisierung, Extraktion, Entgasung (Schaumentfernung), Reinigung, die Vorbereitung und Dispergierung von Nanomaterialien sowie zur Beschleunigung chemischer Reaktionen einsetzen. Das Modell ist mit einer 6-mm-Sonde (Amplitudentransformator) ausgestattet (Standardkonfiguration); der Bearbeitungsbereich reicht von 100 \u00b5l bis 50 ml. Optional ist eine 2-mm-Sonde erh\u00e4ltlich. Die Leistung betr\u00e4gt 650 W (einstellbar von 1 % bis 100 %). Ein Standard-K\u00fchladapter f\u00fcr 50-ml-Gef\u00e4\u00dfe ist im Lieferumfang enthalten.<\/p>\n
