Eine typische Anwendung ist die Sauerstoffmessung in Kesselspeisewasser und in Schutzgasatmosph\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist einfach zu bedienen und nahezu wartungsfrei. Elektrolytl\u00f6sungen sind nicht erforderlich und es wird keine Sauerstoff w\u00e4hrend der Messung verbraucht. Die optische Messtechnologie basiert auf dem Effekt der Luminiszenzl\u00f6schung, d. h. der strahlungslosen Weitergabe von Anregungsenergie durch molekulare Wechselwirkung. Im Messkopf ist ein kleines Glasbauteil mit einer d\u00fcnnen Schicht von Indikatormolek\u00fclen eingesetzt, das optische Fenster. Die Indikatormolek\u00fcle werden mit blau-gr\u00fcnem Licht bestrahlt, erzeugt durch eine LED im Sauerstoffsensor. Sie absorbieren das einfallende Licht und werden in einen h\u00f6heren Energiezustand bef\u00f6rdert. Eine gewisse Zeit sp\u00e4ter konvertieren die Molek\u00fcle zur\u00fcck in ihren Grundzustand, wobei rotes Licht ausgestrahlt wird. Das Rotlicht wird im Sensor detektiert. Falls O2 Molek\u00fcle vorhanden sind, wird die Energie von den angeregten Indikatormolek\u00fclen auf den Sauerstoff \u00fcbertragen. Diese molekulare Wechselwirkung f\u00fchrt dazu, dass die Anregungsenergie strahlungslos weitergegeben wird. Das detektierte Signal verringert sich mit steigender Konzentration an Sauerstoffmolek\u00fclen im Produkt. Temperaturdrifts des Messsignals werden durch einen internen Pt100 Sensor automatisch kompensiert. Aufgrund seines IP65 klassifizierten Aluminiumgeh\u00e4uses ist der OXYTRANS M ein sehr robustes, tragbares Ger\u00e4t.
