Diese Sonden kombinieren einen optischen Sensor (Typ PSt7, PSt8, PSt6, PSt9) und ein elektrooptisches Modul in derselben Sonde. Die Sensoren haben einen maximalen Messbereich von 0 – 20.9% O2, 0-100% O2, 0-10% O2 oder 0-200 ppm% O2. Die Sensoren sind in einer abnehmbaren Kappe (OEC) integriert, die einfach ausgetauscht werden kann. OXYPro\u00ae eignet sich ideal f\u00fcr Anwendungen in der Lebensmittel- und Getr\u00e4nkeindustrie, z. B. f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Softdrinks oder Wein. Sie sind auch gut f\u00fcr einige aggressive Umgebungen geeignet. Manche von ihnen haben eine besondere geometrische Form, um die Bildung von Blasen auf der Me\u00dfoberfl\u00e4che zu vermeiden. Die OXYPro\u00ae sind direkt mit der Steuereinheit verbunden und verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber ein Standardgewinde PG 13.5 aus Edelstahl f\u00fcr die einfache Integration in die Messstelle. Sie verf\u00fcgen au\u00dferdem \u00fcber eine RS485-Schnittstelle (OXYPro\u00ae _R = PreSens Propriet\u00e4r) oder Modbus RTU (OXYPro\u00ae _RM) und haben einen Analogausgang von 4 bis 20 mA. Ein serielles Kommunikationsprotokoll wird f\u00fcr den Austausch von Daten zwischen dem OXYPro\u00ae und einem PC oder einer anderen Host-Einheit angeboten. F\u00fcr die Inbetriebnahme und Einstellung des 4-20 mA-Ausgangs kann die PreSens EOM-STS-Software verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
