Die Druckmessung wird an der Membran gemessen und mit dem Atmosph\u00e4rendruck, die durch die Kapillare in dem Kabel gemessen wird, verglichen. Das aktive Sensorelement ist ein piezoresistive Siliziumsensor durch eine Membran getrennt.<\/p>\n<p>Ein elektronischer Verst\u00e4rker in Verbindung mit dem Sensor, konvertierte die Messung in einem Analogsignal 4-20 mA.
