Der Test &#8222;Four Platte oder EU4pt wird allgemein f\u00fcr den Nachweis von Antibiotika in Futtermitteln verwendet. Dieses Verfahren ist m\u00fchsam, erfordert die Verwendung von mehreren Bakterien St\u00e4mmen und dauert ca. 24 Stunden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist die Empfindlichkeit f\u00fcr Sulfonamide viel h\u00f6her als die MRL. Explorer ist ein mikrobielles Wachstum Inhibitionstest, der zum Nachweis von Antibiotikar\u00fcckst\u00e4nden in Lebensmitteln verwendet werden kann.
