Es erlaubt dem Bediener, das Vorhandensein \/ Fehlen dieses Enzyms in Milch oder Rahm, die mit einem UHT-Verfahren behandelt wurden, zu bestimmen. Der Test kann sehr einfach durchgef\u00fchrt werden, ohne Ausr\u00fcstung und ohne spezielle technische Kenntnisse.
