Sojabohnen und viele Derivate sind verpflichtet auf der Etikettierung von Lebensmitteln in der Europ\u00e4ischen Union erw\u00e4hnt zu sein (Anhang II der Verordnung (EU) 1169\/2011). Andere L\u00e4nder Gesetzgebungen wie USA, Australien und Neuseeland, Kanada oder Japan, verlangen auch Soja Erkl\u00e4rung Etikett. Sojaallergie ist von besonderer Bedeutung, weil Sojabohnen sind weit verbreitet in der Lebensmittelherstellung und stellen eine der Hauptquellen f\u00fcr die versteckten Allergene. 35% der Sojabohnen sind Proteinen, etwa 31% Kohlenhydraten und 20% Fetten. Soja ist eine der wichtigsten pflanzlichen Proteinquelle.
