Tablettenz\u00e4hlverfahren: in ein definiertes Probevolumen wird eine bestimmte Anzahl von Tabletten hineingez\u00e4hlt, bis ein Farbumschlag erfolgt. \u00dcber die Anzahl der ben\u00f6tigtenTabletten wird die Konzentration ermittelt. Der Messbereich kann durch Ver\u00e4nderung des Probevolumens variiert werden.<\/p>\n

B. von rot nach blau). Anschlie\u00dfend liest man auf der H\u00f6he des F\u00fcllstandes den Messwert an der Skala des Testr\u00f6hrchens ab.<\/p>\n

Ja\/Nein-Test: bei der Bestimmung des Wasserinhaltsstoffes mittels Ja \/ Nein-Tests wird analysiert, ob eine bestimmte Konzentration dieses Inhaltsstoffes \u00fcber- oder unterschritten wird.<\/p>\n

Tr\u00fcbungsmethode: in ein zweiteiliges, kalibriertes Testr\u00f6hrchen wird die Wasserprobe gef\u00fcllt und eine Reagenztablette hinzugegeben. Die Tablette erzeugt eine Tr\u00fcbung, die proportional zu der Konzentration des gesuchten Inhaltsstoffes ist. Nun senkt man das innere R\u00f6hrchen, auf dessen Boden sich ein schwarzer Punkt befindet, so weit ab, bis dieser Punkt durch die vorhandene Tr\u00fcbung nicht mehr sichtbar ist. Der Messwert wird anhand des F\u00fcllstandes in dem inneren R\u00f6hrchen an der Skala abgelesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
