as Thermographie- Analyse System liefert online Temperaturverteilungen direkt aus dem Verbrennungsraum. Es kann kombiniert werden mit einem oder mehreren Furnace Sensoren D-FS. Der Temperaturbereich und die Aufl\u00f6sung sind vom Typ des Furnace Sensor abh\u00e4ngig. Die Software Module Flame Front und Flame Profile sind speziell f\u00fcr die Rostfeuerung entwickelt.<\/p>\n

Die\u00a0D-VTA 200 FlameFront Software ist entwickelt f\u00fcr den Einsatz in Rostfeuerungen, wie Biomasse oder M\u00fcllverbrennungsanlagen.Basierend auf der Thermographie berechnet die Software den Abstand zwischen der Flammenfront und der Abwurfkante.Die Werte k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber eine Prozessanbindung ans Leitsystem \u00fcbertragen werde und so\u00a0zur Optimierung der Brennstoff\/M\u00fcll Zufuhr, der Luftmenge unter den Rosten oder der Rostgeschwindigkeit eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n

Die\u00a0D-VTA 200 FlameProfile\u00a0software ist entwickelt f\u00fcr \u00e4hnliche Anwendungen und berechnet das Temperatur Profil auf dem Rost.Die Werte k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber eine Prozessanbindung ans Leitsystem \u00fcbertragen werden und so zur Optimierung der SNCR Eind\u00fcsung und zur Reduzierung der Amoniakschlupfs eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
