Bringen Sie das Testkit und die Proben auf Raumtemperatur. Milchproben sollten vollst\u00e4ndig fl\u00fcssig sein, ohne jegliche Agglomeration oder Ablagerung.<br \/>\nb) Nehmen Sie die erforderlichen Vertiefungen und Streifen aus der Verpackung und markieren Sie sie entsprechend. Verwenden Sie die Teststreifen bitte innerhalb von 1 Stunde. Verschlie\u00dfen Sie die Flaschen mit dem Deckel und bewahren Sie den Rest des unbenutzten Kits auf.<br \/>\nc) Geben Sie 200 \u00b5l der Milchprobe in die Mikrovertiefung und saugen Sie sie dann 5-mal auf und ab, um die Probe vollst\u00e4ndig mit dem Reagenz in den Vertiefungen zu vermischen. Die Mischung sollte rosa sein, und starten Sie dann den Timer.
