Beide verwenden ein \u00fcbersichtliches Touchscreen-Display, der Bediener kann die folgenden Funktionen steuern:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Einlasstemperatur<\/li>\n<li>Luftstromvolumen<\/li>\n<li>Luftkompressorstrom<\/li>\n<li>Pumpendrehzahl<\/li>\n<li>Deblockerfrequenz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Spr\u00fchvorrichtung aus Edelstahl besteht aus einem Innenrohr f\u00fcr die Fl\u00fcssigkeitsprobe, das zu einer D\u00fcse mit kleinem Durchmesser f\u00fchrt. Ein Au\u00dfenrohr leitet Druckluft zur D\u00fcse. Alle Einheiten werden mit 0,7-mm-D\u00fcsen geliefert, andere Gr\u00f6\u00dfen sind als Zubeh\u00f6r erh\u00e4ltlich. Die Spr\u00fchvorrichtung verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine automatische Entblockierungsvorrichtung, die ein Verstopfen der D\u00fcsen verhindert. Die Entblockierungsnadel wird durch einen integrierten Kompressor aktiviert. Eine Entblockierung ist manchmal bei Materialien erforderlich, die sich verfestigen k\u00f6nnen, wenn gro\u00dfe Partikel in der Schwebe Verstopfungen in der D\u00fcse verursachen.<\/p>\n<p>Nach Abschluss des Experiments weist die Heizung eine extrem hohe Temperatur auf. Der Luftgebl\u00e4se muss daher weiterlaufen, um die Innentemperatur zu senken und die Sicherheit der Ausr\u00fcstung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Der Spr\u00fchtrockner YC-015 kann den Betrieb des Luftgebl\u00e4ses automatisch steuern. Selbst wenn der Bediener das Luftgebl\u00e4se einschalten m\u00f6chte, h\u00e4lt das System den Bediener davon ab, bis die Systemtemperatur auf den standardm\u00e4\u00dfigen Sicherheitszustand des Systems gesunken ist.<\/p>\n<p>Der Spr\u00fchtrockner kann zu einem Spr\u00fchtrockner f\u00fcr organische L\u00f6sungsmittel aufger\u00fcstet werden (optionales Inertkreislaufsystem).
