Neue verbesserte Methode, die den Status \u201eErste Ma\u00dfnahme\u201c erh\u00e4lt: AOAC 2020.07. Diese Methode wurde entwickelt, um In-vivo-Bedingungen im menschlichen D\u00fcnndarm zu simulieren (d.\u00a0h. eine 4-st\u00fcndige Inkubationszeit mit PAA + AMG), parallel zu den j\u00fcngsten Fortschritten in der Methode der Ballaststoffe (DF) (K-RINTDF: AOAC-Methode 2017.16) und in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit der neuen (physiologisch basierten) Definition von DF, die 2009 vom Codex Alimentarius angek\u00fcndigt wurde.
