Das Assay-Kit f\u00fcr Gesamtballaststoffe zur Analyse von Gesamt-, l\u00f6slichen und unl\u00f6slichen Ballaststoffen gem\u00e4\u00df AOAC- und AACC-zugelassenen Methoden.<\/p>\n

Ballaststoffe k\u00f6nnen allgemein als der Kohlenhydratanteil der Nahrung bezeichnet werden, der nicht im menschlichen D\u00fcnndarm verdaut wird. Es gelangt in den Dickdarm, wo es teilweise oder vollst\u00e4ndig fermentiert wird. Diese Eigenschaften von Ballaststoffen sind mit ihren zahlreichen gut dokumentierten gesundheitlichen Vorteilen verbunden.<\/p>\n

Ballaststoffe sind eine Mischung aus komplexen organischen Substanzen, darunter hydrophile Verbindungen wie l\u00f6sliche und unl\u00f6sliche Polysaccharide und unverdauliche Oligosaccharide sowie eine Reihe nicht quellbarer, mehr oder weniger hydrophober Verbindungen wie Cutine, Suberine und Lignine. Die Verfahren zur Bestimmung und Analyse der gesamten Ballaststoffe, wie sie in unserem Testprotokoll beschrieben sind, basieren auf den Methoden von Lee\u00a0et al.1\u00a0und Prosky\u00a0et al.2,3\u00a0(AOAC 991.43, AOAC 985.29, AACC 32-07.01 und AACC 32 -05.01). Die Enzyme im Megazyme Total Dietary Fiber Kit k\u00f6nnen jedoch auch in anderen Analysemethoden f\u00fcr Ballaststoffe wie AACC-Methode 32-21.01 und AACC-Methode 32-06.01 verwendet werden.<\/p>\n
