Das zweite Strukturprotein, das h\u00e4ufig als Ziel f\u00fcr die Charakterisierung der Immunantwort auf SARS-CoV-2 verwendet wird, ist das Spike-Protein. Der Spike ist ein gro\u00dfes trimeres Glykoprotein, das die Rezeptorbindungsdom\u00e4ne enth\u00e4lt, die das Virus verwendet, um an seinen zellul\u00e4ren Rezeptor, das Angiotensin-Converting-Enzym 2 (ACE2), anzudocken und um virale und zellul\u00e4re Membranen zu fusionieren.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"de\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"de\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">Es ist bekannt, dass das Spike-Protein das Haupt- und m\u00f6glicherweise das einzige Ziel f\u00fcr die Neutralisierung von Antik\u00f6rpern ist. Der Coronavirus-Test nach Impfung oder Infektion verwendet das SARS-CoV-2-Virus-Spike-Protein als Einfangantigen.
