Anwendungen in der Molekular- und Zellbiologie, wie Pr\u00e4zipitation mit Ethanol, Phenol-Extraktion, Nukleins\u00e4ure-Pr\u00e4paration, temperaturempfindliche Zelle oder Mischungen sammeln k\u00f6nnen bequem mit der CappRondo K\u00fchlzentrifuge durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n

Die Geschwindigkeit kann bis zu 17.000 U \/ min (27.237 g) erreichen.<\/p>\n

Die CappRondo K\u00fchlzentrifuge arbeitet mit Temperaturen im Bereich von -20 \u00b0 C bis 40 \u00b0 C. Die Proben kann in nur 5 Minuten bei 4 \u00b0 C gek\u00fchlt werden. Die Kammer der Zentrifuge Teflon beschichtet.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr Standard-Mikorr\u00f6hrchen von 1,5 ml und 2,0 ml, bietet die K\u00fchlzentrifuge Rotoren mit 18, 24 oder 30 Pl\u00e4tze. Die drei Rotoren haben einen Winkel von 45 Grad. Andere zus\u00e4tzliche Rotoren stehen zur Verf\u00fcgung – siehe nachfolgende Tabelle.<\/p>\n

Der Kompressor stoppt wenn der Deckel ge\u00f6ffnet wird, um unn\u00f6tige K\u00fchlung und das Risiko von Frostbildung zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n

Das gek\u00fchlte Mikro ist tabile un ist sehr leise (weniger als 56 dB).<\/p>\n

Die Einstellungen k\u00f6nnen w\u00e4hrend des Betriebs ge\u00e4ndert werden, es sei denn, die Tastensperre aktiviert ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
