Plasma- und ven\u00f6se Vollblutproben in vitro. Es wird als erg\u00e4nzende Erkennung verwendet Indikator f\u00fcr Verdachtsf\u00e4lle des Nachweises von COVID-19-negativen Nukleins\u00e4uren oder in Verbindung mit dem Nachweis von Nukleins\u00e4uren bei der Diagnose von Verdachtsf\u00e4llen. Es kann nicht als Grundlage f\u00fcr die Diagnose und den Ausschluss einer durch eine COVID-19-Infektion verursachten Pneumonitis verwendet werden. Die Nutzung ist auf medizinische Einrichtungen beschr\u00e4nkt. Ein positives Testergebnis bedarf einer weiteren Best\u00e4tigung. Ein negatives Testergebnis schlie\u00dft die M\u00f6glichkeit einer Infektion nicht aus.<\/p>\n<p>Das COVID-19-Testkit wurde zum Nachweis von 553 menschlichen Blutproben verwendet und mit der Nukleins\u00e4ure-Nachweismethode verglichen. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die Empfindlichkeit des Testkits 93,3% betrug, die Spezifit\u00e4t 96,6% betrug und die Genauigkeit 95,2% betrug.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Covid19 Schnelltest.
