Der Bioreaktor ist eine speziale Ausf\u00fchrung des MINIFOR Fermenters<\/a> f\u00fcr Zellkultur.<\/h2>\n

Gef\u00e4sse<\/h2>\n

F\u00fcr Volumina von 35 ml bis 6000 ml mit der gleichen Grundeinheit.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Sterilit\u00e4t<\/h2>\n

Eine robuste Silikonmembran isoliert den N\u00e4hrmedium von der Aussenumgebung. Die Sterilit\u00e4t ist die gleich wie bei Magnetkupplung aber deutlich einfacher und kosteng\u00fcnstiger. Alle O-Ringe sind durch Silikonstopfen ersetzt. Sie brauchen nicht so oft ersetz zu werden.<\/p>\n

R\u00fchrung<\/h2>\n

Die R\u00fchrung ist mit einem Vibromixer durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Bewegung nach oben und nach unten von den Mischscheiben erlaubt eine sehr ruhige aber effiziente Durchmischung. Die Scheiben sind flexibel was deutlich die Sch\u00e4rkraft reduziert. Die Viabilit\u00e4t der Zellen bleibt damit ungest\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n

Heizung<\/h2>\n

Die Heizung ist mit einer infrarot Lampe durchgef\u00fchrt. Die W\u00e4rme wird so in die ganze Fl\u00fcssigkeit eingetragen ohne hohe lokale Aufw\u00e4rmung zu produzieren. Die Solltemperatur ist schnell erreicht, der Fermenter ist einfach einzubauen.<\/p>\n

Bel\u00fcftung f\u00fcr sehr empfindliche Zelle<\/h2>\n

Die Sauerstoff diffudiert durch einen Silikonschlauch. Dieser Schlauch bewegt sich mit der R\u00fchrung, so dass O2 und CO2 Transferrate optimale sind.<\/p>\n

Gasflussregelung<\/h2>\n

Ein neuer Gasdurchflussregler MASSFLOW<\/a> wurde entwickelt. Die Durchflussmessung (Massflowmeter) ist Temperatur und Druck unhabh\u00e4ngig. Der Regler regelt eine proportionale Ventile. Mit dieses Ger\u00e4t kann auch die zugegebene Gasmenge erfasst werden.<\/p>\n

pH und pO2 Regelung<\/h2>\n

Der pH in der Kultur kann mit CO2 geregelt werden. Der MASSFLOW wird dann am Stelle der S\u00e4urepumpe angeschlossen. Eventuel kann Stickstoff \u00fcber einen zweiter MASSFLOW zugegeben werden. Damit kann man den CO2 ausblasen.<\/p>\n

Redox Potential Messung<\/h2>\n

Mit einer zus\u00e4tzlichen Elektronik-Box ist es m\u00f6glich, das Redox-Potential (-999 bis 999 mV) der L\u00f6sung zu messen. Die Elektrode kann sterilisiert werden.<\/p>\n

Vorteile<\/h2>\n

MINIFOR ist sehr kompakt, alle Teile bleiben aber gut zug\u00e4nglich.<\/p>\n

Der Bioreaktor ist schnell und einfach zu zusammenbauen und demontieren.<\/p>\n

Sebstreinigend Mikrosparger: N\u00e4hrmedium haben die Tendenz in dem Bel\u00fcftungssystem auszutrocknen. Die Salze fallen aus und verstopfen die Beluftungskan\u00e4le. Das neue System kann dieses Problem vermeiden.<\/p>\n

Kontinuirliche Kulture: Die Grundheinheit wird auf eine speziale Waage gelegt. Damit kann das Gewicht im Bioreaktorgef\u00e4ss konstant gehalten werden. Kontinuirliche Kulturen sind interessante Untersuchungswerkzeuge und verbessern deutlich die Produktivit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n

INTEGRATOR: damit kann die zudosierte Menge an Flussigkeit (mit Preciflow Pumpe<\/a>) oder and Gas (MASSFLOW<\/a>) erfasst werden. Die erhaltene Daten geben Information \u00fcber die Kinetik.<\/p>\n

PC Kontrol und Dokumentieren: Mit FNet<\/a> oder Siam<\/a> k\u00f6nnen bis zu sex Bioreaktor gesteuert werden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
