Das Instrument z\u00e4hlt einzelne Hefezellen in Suspension, indem es die Fluoreszenzsignale der gef\u00e4rbten DNA in den Zellkernen nachweist. Es f\u00fchrt Lebensf\u00e4higkeits- und Vitalit\u00e4tsanalysen durch. Die Lebensf\u00e4higkeit wird als Prozentsatz lebender Zellen in einer gesamten Population definiert. In vielen F\u00e4llen f\u00fchren toxische Wirkungen chemischer oder physikalischer Faktoren nicht direkt zum Zelltod, sondern k\u00f6nnen die Teilungsf\u00e4higkeit der Zellen beeintr\u00e4chtigen, ohne notwendigerweise zum Zelltod zu f\u00fchren. Die Analyse zur Beurteilung der Lebensf\u00e4higkeit von Zellen liefert nur Informationen \u00fcber lebende und tote Zellen in der gesamten Population, nicht jedoch Informationen \u00fcber die Anzahl der Vitalit\u00e4tszellen. Vitalit\u00e4t ist definiert als die physiologischen F\u00e4higkeiten von Zellen. Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass die Lebensf\u00e4higkeit der Zellen und die Vitalit\u00e4t der Zellen zwei verschiedene Aspekte der Zellfunktionen darstellen und beide f\u00fcr die Absch\u00e4tzung des physiologischen Zustands einer Zelle nach Exposition gegen\u00fcber verschiedenen Arten von Stressfaktoren und chemischen oder physikalischen Faktoren erforderlich sind.<br \/>\nEASYCOUNTER YC ist ein einzigartiges, patentgesch\u00fctztes 3D-Scanverfahren f\u00fcr mehrere Bilder. Es basiert auf einer pr\u00e4zisen Fluoreszenzoptik und einer Bildanalyse-Software mit geringer Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung und ist ein schneller, pr\u00e4ziser und zuverl\u00e4ssiger Z\u00e4hler f\u00fcr Hefezellen. Durch die automatische Verschiebung des Mechanismus an den Achsen X &#8211; Y und der Fl\u00fcssigkeitslinse Z nimmt das Ger\u00e4t maximal 60 Bilder auf. Nach der Aufnahme werden die Bilder von der eingebetteten Software verarbeitet und das mit der Formel von IDF \/ ISO 13366 berechnete Durchschnittsergebnis aller gefilmten Bilder wird angezeigt. Der gesamte Vorgang erfolgt nach dem Einsetzen des CELLCHIP in die Kartusche automatisch.<br \/>\nEASYCOUNTER YC wurde f\u00fcr die Hefeanalyse bei der Herstellung von Bier, Bioethanol, Backwaren und Forschungslabors entwickelt.
