Eine Klemme ist nicht n\u00f6tig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Besonderheiten der Maxiflow peristaltische Pumpe<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Im Gengensatz zu den meisten Pumpen, die mit Zylindern mit kleinem Durchmesser austattet sind, besitzt diese Pumpe breite R\u00e4dern. Dies hat zur Folge, dass die Pumpe fast ohne Pulsation arbeitet.<\/li>\n<li>Der Kopf wurde konzipiert (asymetrische Form) um diese Pulsations noch zu reduzieren.<\/li>\n<li>Die Kugellager-Rollen gleiten so leicht \u00fcber den Sclauch, dass keine spezialle Befestigung des Sclauches notwendig ist. Die Lebensdauer des Sclauches wird wesentlich verl\u00e4ngert.<\/li>\n<li>Der Druck jeder Rolle auf den Sclauch wird individuell mittels Exzenter und Feder aus rostfreien Stahl genau dosiert. Das veringert die Sclauchdeformation. Der Druck im Sclauch wird so auf ca 1 Bar limitiert, auch wenn er verstopft ist.<\/li>\n<li>Der hochwertige Schrittmotor mit integrierter Elektronik bewirkt eine hohe Genauigkeit der F\u00f6rderleistung.<\/li>\n<li>Der starkbeanspruchte Pumpenkopf ist aus hartem, gegen Chemikalien best\u00e4ndigem Epoxid angefertig.<\/li>\n<li>Die pumpe ist sehr kompakt und sehr einfach zu einzusetzen.<\/li>\n<li>Sie kann extern angesteuert (Remote Kontrol) werden. Mit Hilfe von der INTEGRATOR Funktion kann die durchgepumpte Menge der fl\u00fcssigkeit im Verlauf der zeit auf einem Schreiber oder Computer erfass werden.<\/li>\n<li>Niedriger Verkaufspreis, sehr gute Qualit\u00e4t, minimale Betriebskosten, die Sclauche werden wenig abgenutzt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Remote Kontrol der peristaltische Pumpe<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sysmatec.ch\/German\/dE6_Automation.html\">Externe Steuerung<\/a> der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit (Durchfluss) durch einen 0-10 V (oder 0-20 mA) Signal, oder Ein\/Aus durch spannungslosen Kontakt ist m\u00f6glich. Als option kann eine RS232 oder RS485 Schnittstelle f\u00fcr direkte Kommunikation mit einem Compputer eingebaut werden. Die Pumpe kann dann mit einem <a href=\"https:\/\/sysmatec.ch\/de\/regler\/\">Regler<\/a> verbunden werden, um zum Beispiel eine pH Regelung mit S\u00e4u durchzuf\u00fchren.
