Der Nachweis von Antibiotika ist obligatorisch und ihre Konzentration muss den von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union festgelegten R\u00fcckstandsh\u00f6chstmengen (MRL) entsprechen (Verordnung (EU) Nr. 37\/2010 der Kommission).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es werden verschiedene Tests angeboten, um ihre Konzentration in Lebensmitteln wie Milch, Fleisch, Eiern zu bestimmen.
