Es erm\u00f6glicht eine globale Beschreibung von Str\u00f6mungen, indem es leicht zug\u00e4ngliche hydrodynamische Parameter definiert und auswertet: z.B. gut gemischte Zonen, Rohrreaktoren, Kurzschl\u00fcsse, Totvolumina, R\u00fcckf\u00fchrungen, Kaskaden, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Software DTS l\u00f6st Str\u00f6mungsmodelle, die anhand dieser Methode gebaut wurden. So erlaubt DTS eine einfache Simulation und Interpretation von Tracer-Experimenten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DTS verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine intuitive Oberfl\u00e4che und Benutzerf\u00fchrung. Der Benutzer erstellt das Str\u00f6mungsmodell, indem er die verschiedenen elementaren Module gem\u00e4ss seinen Anforderungen miteinander verbindet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Software berechnet automatisch die Verweilzeitkurve der Simulation einer Tracereinspritzung (beliebiges Eingangssignal, z.B. Impulszugabe, stufenweise Zugabe, Kurve). Durch DTS ist es nicht mehr n\u00f6tig, Stoffbilanzen zu kennen oder zu erstellen, um eine Verweilzeitkurve zu erstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DTS bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit, das berechnete Modell durch experimentelle Daten zu modifizieren.
