Tubes

Silicone hoses, PTFE hoses (Teflon), PFA hoses, FEP hoses, Viton, TPE, wit or without reinforcement.

Which tube for which application ?

Peristaltic pumps generally use silicone hoses for their flexibility. The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) tubing is ideal for normal laboratory operation.

Do you need also at the edge of pressure and temperature range “absolutely gas-tight” hose, you should use PFA (Perflouralkoxy) or FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene). PFA has only at temperatures above +205 ° C benefits, but is more expensive than the FEP tubing.
