High accuracy air flow sensor EE75

This air velocity transmitters are optimized for high accuracy up to 40 m/s over the temperature range -40 to 120 °C.

The high-end air velocity sensor element operates on the hot film anemometer principle and which stands out by high sensitivity even at very low air speed and high insensvity to pollution. The robust sensing probe and enclosure allow for EE75 use in harsh industrial environment as well as in applications with pressure rating up to 10 bar (145 psi).

Beside measuring air velocity and temperature, the device calculates the volumetric flow rate in m³/h or ft³/min based on the cross section of the duct, with an appropriate factory correction. It can be used to measure the velocity of various non-flammable and non-corrosive gases.

Turbinendurchflussmesser

Flowmeters KFF / KFG

They are used to detect small and very low gas (KFG) and liquid (KFF) flow rates. The fluid must be transparent to infrared light. The KFF / KFG 1000 Series is available in Ryton, Brass and PTFE materials and is therefore compatible with many applications in the industry.

The new 1000 series PTFE detector is supplied in series with an analog (0 to 5 VDC) and frequency output. For other models, the frequency output is optional. The KFF / KFG 3000 Series is available in Ryton or brass.

The devices work on the Pelton principle. The displaced fluid causes the rotation of a wheel. The rotational movement is converted via a photodiode into an electrical pulse. The value of the flow is then converted into a frequency or an analog signal.

Flow Sensor

Flow Sensors Uniflo FFAF

UniFlow flow sensors determine the speed of oily and aqueous media in closed piping systems.

They operate according to the calorimetric principle, which states that a flowing medium absorbs and transports heat energy away. The tip of the sensor is heated, and the medium flowing past it cools it down again. The integrated temperature sensor detects the temperature at the measuring point, which is influenced by the flow speed. The flow speed of the medium can be determined by comparing actual temperature and the heating temperature.

The measurement method is independent from the flow direction.

Various plastic and stainless steel housing types, measuring ranges for water and oil, process connections and outputs can be combined.

Exist with digital output for alarms.

Range: 10 to 300 cm/s

Mass Flow Controller for Gases (MFC) Type 8711

This mass flow controller (MFC) is suited for regulating the mass flow of gases over a big flow range. The thermal MEMS sensor is located directly in the gas stream and therefore reaches very fast response times. A direct-acting proportional valve guarantees a high sensitivity. The integrated PI controller ensures outstanding control characteristics of the MFC. Type 8711 can optionally be calibrated for two different gases; the user can switch between these two gases. As electrical interfaces both, analog standard signals and fieldbuses are available. The mass flow controller type 8711 fits for various applications, like e.g. burner controls, heat treatment, material coatings, bio reactors, fuel cell technology or test benches.
