Pressure relief valve SDD912

Pressure relief valves SDD 912 limits the static pressure to a constant and maximal settled value by opening the outlet (to the discharge line) when the pressure is overriding. The SDD 912 valves may be used as pressure relief valves on volumetric pumping system. The right angle concept allows smallest dimensions with a reduced weight for easiest fitting on line than any conventional in-line straight pressure relief valve.

All wetted parts are in plastics; without any metallic parts exposed to the atmosphere it allows a location in corroding vapours.

These equipment protection devices may be fitted in any position, in line, or on by-pass according to the application.

  • Seat seal and O-rings: EPDM (ND 32 to 80) or FPM (ND 32 to 50)
  • Relief pressure: Adjustable 1 to 10 bar

Pressure relief valve SDD910

The pressure relief valves SDD910 can protect a pipe network in case of overpressure. They also help maintain a constant limited pressure in the case of a pressure drop in the tube. All parts in contact with the fluid are made of plastic. Membranes and seals are available in EPDM or FPM depending on the application.

The SDD 910 will be used as relief valves on pumps. These equipment protection devices may be fitted in any position, in line, or on by-pass according to the application.

They are also used as injection pipes on metering pumps, avoiding the risk of creating a slurping against adjustable and constant pressure.
